In 1995, Justin received his Associates degree from Dixie College in St. George, Utah. While at Dixie, Justin competed on the National Debate and Forensics circuit. Justin placed in the top three nationally in multiple events and was the recipient of the Bowler award granted annually to the top orator at the School.

Born and raised in Southern California, Justin received a B.A. degree in History from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah and a Masters of Philosophy from the University of Dublin, Trinity College, before receiving his Juris Doctorate degree from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University.

Born and raised in Provo, I received my Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney School of Law in 2007. I spent my first ten years practicing in Salt Lake County before returning to my home town. My areas of focus include business law, real estate law, general litigation, bankruptcy, family law, adoption, probate, and estate planning.
